Viviane, founder of Myoku©, is a member of the Kwan Um School of Zen and holds the Buddhist name Myong Oh. A 2nd Dan in Kyokushin Karate and Usui Reiki master, she has a Ph.D. in Comparative Literature and a B.S. in Biology. Previously working on Wall Street, she developed Myoku and published articles on meditation and spirituality. After an existential crisis in her 20s, Viviane dedicated herself to helping others achieve self-empowerment and awakening. She conducts workshops globally and aligns with Humanity’s Team to promote conscious living, aiming to inspire transformative journeys in the 21st century.

For more than 2 years Myoku was a very important part of my balance helping me to restore my body after standing hours doing my teaching works, Myoku gave to my body the energy it needed, the balance, and the relaxation that allowed me to find the right positions to continue my work. Since Viviane left New York, I could not find the equivalent and it's sad!
